DAY 1 SHWE LI [SHWE LI] - MUSE

Arrive in Shwe Li [which is the border between China and Myanmar], after clearing customs and immigration formalities welcome by our guide and proceed to Muse . Check-in the hotel. Sightseeing in Muse includes the general market, panoramic view from Bo Te, Shwe Tha Min Pagoda. Leave for Nam Khan and sightseeing in Shan Traditional village. Overnight in Muse.

DAY 2 MUSE – LASHIO ( B )

After breakfast, drive to Lashio on the way take a rest at Kook Khine. Arrive Lashio and check-in Hotel. Sightseeing around Lashio. Overnight in Lashio.

DAY 3 LASHIO - PYIN OO LWIN ( B )

After breakfast, visit Lashio's vegetable market, Quan Yin Temple and Pyi Lone Chan Tha Pagoda. Proceed to drive on a scenic route to the cool hill station of Pyin Oo Lwin [May Myo], with its lovely lake and waterfalls, botanical garden and colonial buildings. Visit to Peik Chin Myaung Caves,then proceed to the Botanical Garden, that was built by the British during the Colonial time. Hotel Check-In. Overnight in Pyin Oo Lwin.

DAY 4 PYIN OO LWIN – MANDALAY ( B )

After breakfast visit vegetable market and take a horse-cart which is since the British time and drive around the town to observe the Colonial Buildings. Then, drive straightly to your hotel in Mandalay .

DAY 5 AMARAPURA - SAGAING – AVA ( B )

After breakfast, drive to Amarapura, 15 kilometers south of Mandalay, visit Mahagandayon Monastery; a famous Buddhist monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study, continue to 1.2 Km long 200 years old U Bein Bridge, built of huge teak logs salvaged form Ava Royal Palace. Then proceed to Sagaing and drive over 1 kilometer long bridge across the Ayeyarwaddy River to Sagaing Hills, with numerous Pagodas and monasteries are retreat for Buddhist devotees. After lunch, embark on a local boat to visit the former Royal Capital of Innwa [Ava] , tour highlights with horse cart to Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, ruins of ancient Ava Watch Tower, fort walls and Bagaya Teak Wood Monastery. Return to Mandalay and overnight .

DAY 6 MANDALAY EXCURSION ( B )

Known as the hub of Buddhism in Myanmar, Mandalay is a realm of stupas, monks and monastery. The largest book made of marble stone slaps consist of 729 pages of Buddhist scripture awaits the readers or visitors at Kuthodaw Pagoda. Extended visit to one of the most interesting sites in Mandalay; Mahamuni Image-a bronze Buddha image castled during the lifetime of Buddha. Mandalay a city full of arts and crafts and supposed to be the only place making the gold leaf for all pagodas in Myanmar. The tour continues to Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite wood carvings, craftsmen's workshop to see Kalaga tapestries being created. In the eveining visit the Reconstruction of Mandalay Royal Palace. A view of setting sun from the top of Mandalay Hill can help you to call it a day.

DAY 7 TOUR TO MINGUN ( B )

Driver to the jetty to explore Mingun region . Embark on a private boat; upstream to visit Mingun , famed for its world's largest ringing Mingun Bell that has 90 tons weigh . And unfinished Pahtodawgyi or Mingun Pagoda that has 50 m in present height and intended to have 150 m height when it was built. Observe a pair of ruined lions that are the guardian of the Pagoda. Continue to Visit around the village to observe the daily life of the people. Back to Mandalay and leisure .

DAY 8 MANDALAY – MONYWA ( B )

After breakfast, proceed to Monywa [150 km 4 hours]. Visit en route the Thanboddhay Pagoda; 8465 small stupas are rising up to richly decorated central stupa, which is reminding a bit of Borobudur in Java. Proceed to Boddhi-Tataung with the thousand Buddha images sitting at the foot of each tree and enjoy the view from Aung Setkya Pagoda, standing 130 meter high on the Po Khaung hills. After that cross the Chindwin River by ferry boat and proceed by pickup or jeep [40 km - 1 hours] to Hpo Win Taung, a system of impressive sandstone caves containing Buddha statues, wood carvings and fine mural paintings mainly in Innwa- style, some dating back to 15th century. Dozens of large and small caves with about 450,000 images are hidden in the area of the Hpo Win Hills. Overnight in Monywa.

DAY 9 MONYWA - PAKKOKU - BAGAN BY BOAT ( B )

After breakfast, drive to Pakokku (4 hours). On the arrival visit this busy market town and its local cheroot factory . Board then a boat to cross the Irrawady River (2 hours) and reach Bagan, a world heritage site considered the spiritual heritage of the old Myanmar. Check-in the hotel and then enjoy the amazing sunset from the Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 10 BAGAN EXPLORATION ( B )

After breakfast, stroll through the colorful local market continue the day with visits to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan including Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine, Gubyauk Gyi, a temple with superb murals of Jataka scenes; Khay Min Ga Temple, noted for its panoramic view of the area's numerous and Ananda Temple, with four standing Buddha images. In the afternoon, visit one of Myanmar's most treasured handicrafts, a lacquer ware craftsmen's workshop in nearby Myinkaba village. You will continue to Manuha Temple, built in the Mon style in 1059 and follow on to Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha. Next you will explore the Myingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple, a temple noteworthy for its mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO. Proceed to Bupaya to watch the sunset over the famous Ayeyarwaddy River.

DAY 11 EXCURSION TO BAGAN ( B )

Breakfast at the hotel . Then, visit the site of Tayokepyay Temple in Min Nan Thu Village, Paya Thone Zu and Nandamanya Temple noted for exquisite murals of 13th century and Kyat Kan Cave Monastery, a famous meditation center in Bagan. Visit the farming villages around Bagan. In the afternoon, an excursion to the nostalgic Nat Htaung Kyaung, a wooden monastery built in 1781 by a group of monks, famous for woodcarvings, a collection of ancient Buddha statues and lacquer boxes. Overnight in Bagan.

DAY 12 BAGAN - MT. POPA – KALAW ( B )

This morning, we make an excursion to Mt. Popa which rose from the ground in a massive earthquake in 442 BC. Mt. Popa is famous as the abode of the Nats (Spirit Gods) and for its panoramic view of the local tropical region. On the way to Mt. Popa we can visit a toddy palm juice production plant. The journey continues to Kalaw. In the late afternoon you will arrive Kalaw, a fresh and delightful hill station, on the rim of the Shan Plateau, which is a market center for ethnic minorities from surrounding regions.

DAY 14 KALAW - PINDAYA - INLAY ( B )

Check out from your hotel after your breakfast . Drive to Pindaya < 60 km - 1 � hrs > . Visit Pindaya caves where more than 8000 images of Buddha are in single cave. A visit to Shan paper making in old style is worthwhile. Proceed to Nyangshwe, the gateway to the Inle Lake and board on a boat to your floating resort < appr. 1 hr> .

DAY 15 INLAY LAKE EXCURSION ( B )

Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar , located 900m above sea level and is home to unique one leg rower Intha people.Excursion to beautiful and landscaping, flowering trees and settlements dotted on both sides of the canal by long traditional boat . We anchor to visit the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery with a beautiful collection of antique Buddha statues . Visit to the folating islands, floating markets and the rotating rural market are well-worth . The tour continues to study the art of black smith and floating tomato gardens . You may have a chance to take a nice photo with the long neck Padaung women in some shops in Inlay Lake .

DAY 16 INLAY - HEHO – YANGON ( B )

Here we are again on the water to meet these "gardeners-fishers" who we initiate their customs relating to water and plants. Visit the colourful congregation which is held in different villages every five days and attracts numerous ethnic minorities who converge from the surrounding villages to trade their goods. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight back to Yangon . Enjoy your stay in Yangon .

DAY 17 YANGON FULL DAY TOUR ( B )

Breakfast at the hotel. Starts the tour from the city centre where Sule Pagoda located to see the bustling life of Yangon, Independent Monument and colonial style City Hall. Yangon was founded by King Alaungpaya on the site of a small village called Dagon when he conquered Lower Myanmar in 1755. The name Yangon means "End of Strife" which was anglicized to Rangoon . The present day Yangon is the main gateway to Myanmar.Then, drive to Botataung Pagoda located on the bank of Yangon River where you can see the life style of local people. A visit worthwhile to walk through the well-known Bogyoke (Scott) Market where varieties of items and jewelries gems shops are one of the attractions of Yangon. In the afternoon, visit China Town Market to enjoy the taste of local food and to discover the ways of life. To call it a day of your visit in Yangon, we are going to the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoys the beauty stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun .

Time at leisure to pursue individual interests until your transfer to the airport. Your guide will pick you up the hotel and accompany you to the airport. Departure from Yangon.
