Los Cabos Family Adventure

Day 1

Arrival to Colima
We’ll pick you up from the airport and transfer about 30 minutes to the Hacienda De San Antonio in Comala. We’ll get you settled into your suites and spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the
property, perhaps with a short walk or bike ride, before sitting down to a superb meal at the Hacienda, highlighted by their locally grown organic produce and cheeses. Finish up with a
delicious coffee, grown and roasted on the property.

Day 2

Comala
After breakfast, meet your guide at the hacienda  for a tour of Comala via Zona Magica and have lunch at Don Comalon where you will get to experience the lively town atmosphere. You will also be able to taste ponche and tuba, two traditional drink recipes. Later you will be transferred to Puebla Blanco, Nogueiras to visit a piñata workshop before visiting Sucitlan and Don Gregorio masks.

Day 3

Los Cabos
Today you will take a private flight from Colima to Los Cabos. You will have the rest of the day to enjoy your luxury, oceanfront hotel in either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo.

Day 4

Todos Santos and Surfing Lessons
This morning you will hit Los Cerritos beach, just outside the Magic Town of Todos Santos. The best season for surfing in Cerritos is from November to March. In this wonderful sand bottom beach, beginners will have all the confidence to practice your techniques and be surfing in the first session. The conditions of this bay are ideal for classes but also to more experienced levels. The journey of an hour and a half to get to this location is very short for the breathtaking views of pristine beaches along with the landscape of cactus and mountains famous Baja. After the action, we will have lunch on the beach to relax and enjoy the best day of the holiday. Have you ever thought of crossing mountains and desert to reach the wonderful magical town of Todos Santos? A visit to the rustic and picturesque village of Todos Santos is like traveling back in time, Todos Santos is truly magical.  The hotel, Hotel California, is steeped in history and contains many original features. The life of the town itself is a slow pace and the locals always give a warm welcome to visitors. Take a stroll through the picturesque streets, which have remained intact for over 50 years, while small local galleries may have some presents waiting to be taken home, be sure to meander the streets and into the bohemian galleries art. Eat at one of the restaurants in the town is an unforgettable experience and one to enjoy the flavors of Baja. Later in the evening, we will transfer back to Los Cabos.

Day 5

San Jose del Cabo and Dolphin Swim
This morning you’ll be swimming with dolphins! The knowledgeable trainers start with a short poolside introduction to our honored resident dolphins helping you understand more about their wonderful anatomy, physiology, history and fascinating underwater communication techniques. It will be a private session with the dolphins suitable for each member of the family. You will then continue onto San Jose del Cabo for lunch and kids can take an art lesson, afterwards we will return to the hotel and drop off those members of the family who are not interested  to continue for a cocktail to the beautiful Marina

Day 6

Glass Blowing Factory and Rancho La Verdad
Today’s private tour enables us to experience another part of the Baja — mountains and desert, as we move into local life. The first stop is still in the center of Cabo San Lucas to visit a glass blowing factory where artisans demonstrate glass blowing skills and creating stunning artwork in just a few minutes, this factory meets two objectives: to keep alive this art brought from Murano, Italy and preserve the environment and the community clean, since all the glass used here is recycled. After 30 minutes of an extraordinary city tour, we will make a brief stop where we will have opportunity to learn from our guides about the flora and fauna of the Baja. Our first stop is in front of an imposing wall of sand that tells us how the past was a native of Los Cabos. We will pass through towns such as El Sauzal. Here we will see as the people living in such remote areas, where fresh water and electricity have a challenge. When we arrived at Rancho La Verdad, have the opportunity to meet Mr. Bruno Castro and his family, the ranch owners whom we talked about the lifestyle in these places. May be included in the daily work of the ranch, among which are: to feed the cattle, irrigate plantations and reap the harvest of fruits and vegetables varied. Before leaving enjoy a lunch outdoors much like Californios ranchers. During our return trip we will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the bay of San Jose del Cabo.

Day 7

Yachting
After a relaxing morning at the resort, perhaps taking part in a yoga class or relaxing spa treatment, we’ll have lunch and then travel to the natural and beautiful attractions of the area via private yacht, visiting such places as the Arch and the Sea Lions Colony. We’ll stop in the most beautiful bays and best snorkeling spots in the region, such as Santa Maria, Chileno or Twin Dolphin. Get in touch with the sea life, admire turtles, dolphins, rays and swim with the sea lions in the crystal clear waters of the Sea of Cortez – the World’s aquarium. At the end of the day and at the agreed time you will be transferred to Los Cabos airport.

Day 8

Departure from Los Cabos
Today you will be privately transferred to Los Cabos airport for your onward flight home.
