No wonder it is one of the most sought after destinations in Nepal for trekkers. Three of the world's highest peaks – Mt. Sagarmatha (Everest – 8,848 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), and Aap Ka Safar (8,201 m) – stand sentinel over this beautiful valley, which the locals believe to be a holy sanctuary of the Himalayan Gods.

Gear List

The following gives you a general idea of the personal items to be brought by you to trek in Nepal. The personal items, in fact, are of individual interest, choice and luxury. Besides, the most important fact he/she must consider is the time of the year, trekking days, region and altitude. In a supported trek, heavy items are carried by porters during the trek and personal belongings of the trekkers that they may need for the day like money, water bottle, rain gear, camera, sun cream and toilet paper etc. should be carried by you. So, they are briefed to pack their items in two different bags.
