Day 1
Arrival in Baku by № …. flight from …. at 00:00;
Transfer from airport to the hotel (30 km.);
Accommodation at one of the hotels - 3* in the center (an accommodation at one of the hotels on the Caspian Sea coast is possible);
A combined observative-informative 4-hour excursion around the central part of the city. You will pass along the main streets and squares of the modern city, get acquainted with the sculptural-monumental and architectural-historical monuments of Baku (House of Parliament, Funicular, Centre of Mugam, Seaside Boulevard, Philharmonic, buildings of an architectural "Modern" style, Mosques, Christian temples and other objects), admire a panorama of the city from the observation area of an Upland Park, after what you will have an excursion walk around a medieval historical part of the city "Ichari Shakhar" – Fortress/Old city:
- Fortress walls and the main city gates of the medieval Baku;
- An ancient Tower Temple "Giz Galasi" – Maiden Tower/Tower-Maiden – a symbol of Baku;
- Medieval caravanserais "Multani", "Bukhari", "2-storeyed";
- A complex of Shirvanshakhs' palace (Divankhana – a stone glyptic, inscriptions on stones);
- Mausoleum of a scientist sheikh Sayid-Yakhya Bakuvi, the palatial mosque, shrine and an ancient Bathhouse;
- Ancient mosques, handicraftsmen workshops and stores, souvenir and antique shops, ancient narrow streets and hostelries, a unique architecture of a medieval city, a fountain square;
Sea voyage on board the city cutter around the Baku Bay (about 1 hour);
Supper in a restaurant with a medieval national color - «CARAVANSARAY» tasting various meat dishes of the Azerbaijan national cuisine, Azeri wines and fruit vodkas at choice, made of dogberry, mulberry, apricot, peach and apples (55c – 65c ), including wine-vodka production of «Tovuz-Baltiya» enterprise, pomegranate, quince wines or vodkas, and also with the show program (ORIENTAL dance, a spectacle with knives);
Tea ceremony after the supper (a jam made of different seasonal fruit);
Return to the hotel.

Day 2
BBreakfast in the hotel;
A combined auto-pedestrian excursion (3 – 3,5 hours) to a natural and historical-arts museum-reserve «Gobustan» (75 km to the south-west of Baku center)!
An extensive travel information with observation of the excursion objects:
- Old Oilfields and a memorial Mosque in "Bibi – Kheybat" tract, panorama of the floating marine oil platforms, panorama of the deep-water stationary sea oil platforms plant and a modern oil Terminal close to Sangachal settlement and others;
Information about an outlet of mud volcanism in Baku suburbs;
Acquaintance with an outlet of mud volcanism. A small active mud volcano "Dashgil" with displays of active mud-volcanic work (oil and mud "salzas", hills and "griffins") in the southern part of the reserve;
Exotic rocks, endemic greenery and rock paintings in the region of the mountain massif Kichikdash in the southern part of the reserve;
Rock carvings of neolith period, a Latin inscription ( I c.) on rocks and a small museum near Boyukdash mountain massif in the central part of the reserve, pictures and pictograms;
Information about formation of Fine Art among the primitive human communities;
Return to the city;
An informative auto-excursion "A mystery of Absheron ancient fires" (2-3 hours, Baku suburbs in a radius of 60 km.)
around the Absheron peninsula and to the historical-ethnographic "Gala" reserve:
- A place of outlet of natural fuel gases on a mountain "Yanardag/Flaming Mountain"; - Fire worshipers' temple of "Sikhs" and "Shivaits" - «Ateshgakh», a place of Zoroastr
ian sanctuary in Surakhani settlement;
- Pagan sanctuary-burial place on a rock – "Usta-Shagird" / Master-Pupil;
- Historic-Ethnographic "Gala" Reserve outdoors in the suburbs of the settlement of the same name in north-eastern part of Absheron peninsula (taking tourists' pictures in national Azeri clothing is available);
Return to the city;
Supper in «Phaeton» restaurant with Azeri national cuisine dishes (a glass of Azeri wine either a bottle of beer per each one);
Tea ceremony after supper (a jam made of various seasonal fruit);
Return to the hotel. Those who wish may enrich their impressions during a walk around the central part of the city or in an incendiary atmosphere of Baku night clubs, restaurants and beer pubs.

Day 3
Breakfast in the hotel;
Excursion-informative departure (including the active means of transport) to the Northern region of the republic following a route "Baku-Davachi-Guba" (170 + 80 km. to both sides in Tenga Canyon);
Observing the exotic rocky mountain top "Besh Barmag";
Journey to a mountain-woody ridge massive named "Krasank"/ "Garasangar" in the north-eastern foothills of the Caucasus observing a medieval fortress "Chirakh gala" (1000 m. above the sea level in Davachi city);
Continuation of the route Davachi – Guba;
Lunch at one of the roadside cafes en route with regional cuisine dishes;
Arrival in Guba city and accommodation in «Terrace» - 3* hotel;
Auto-excursion departure to an exotic Tanga Canyon on Valvalachay river and a small (about 2 km. round trip) radial walk to "Suetek" waterfall (1 250 m. above the sea level, height = 35 m) close to Afurja settlement;
Supper at the hotel restaurant;
Tea ceremony after supper (a jam made of various seasonal fruit).

Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel;
Auto-excursion radial departure (about 70 km. to the west of Guba city, along the difficult mountain road toward the Main Caucasus ridge) to an upland Khinalig settlement (on the local dialect called "Ketsh", 2 200 - 2 300 m. above the sea level) – historical-ethnographic reserve – a place
of compact residence of the most ancient Caucasus nation called "ketid", talking the most ancient and great language in the world (according to a number of letters-isoglosses 77., 59 of which are consonants and 18 are vowels, and a number of declines for cases is 19) and a mountain Jack settlement;
Acquaintance with a unique local architecture of upland settlements, and also with ethnographic mode of life and lifestyle of the Caucasus hill men-ethnographic groups "Krizi-Jacks" and "Khinalig people", including the local folk trade "Khalchachilig/Carper viewing";
Observation and panorama en route of an exotic "Gudialchay" river canyon and "Gamba" mountain basin, and also mountains of an eastern part of the Caucasus;
At midday time – Lunch in a family of local citizens in Khinalig settlement;
Reverse journey to Guba city (a small observative excursion viewing medieval "Juma" and "Sakina khanum" mosques);
Return to Baku following a route: "Guba-Baku" (170 km);
Arrival to Baku;
Accommodation at one of the 4* hotels in the center;
Tasty, satisfying supper in an old city / in Fortress;

Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel;
3-day Excursion-informative journey (with active means of transport) to the North-Western region of the republic, following a route Baku- Shamakhi-Muganli pass-ravine and canyon of Girdimanchay river – an upland Lagich settlement-reserve – Vandam settlement (Gabala city) – Oguz (general route makes up 285 km. to the west of Baku);
An extensive travel excursion information during a passage along a foothill of south-western slopes of the Caucasus mountains:
- 2-storeyed mausoleum "Diri Baba"/ 1402/ near Maraza settlement (Shamakhi city);
- "Juma" cathedral mosque/ XI – beginning of XX centuries / and a complex of "domical" mausoleums "Yeddi Gumbaz" / XVIII – XIX centuries / in Shamakhi city and its suburbs;
Panorama of the Caucasus mountains from Muganli pass;
Observation of steep rocky slopes of Girdimanchay river canyon;
At midday time – Lunch at one of the roadside cafes en route with regional cuisine dishes;
Arrival in un upland historical-architectural Lagich settlement, situated on the height of 1 200 m. above the sea level on the coast of
Girdimanchay river, that even in IV century obtained its 3-level sewer system – water system (a main occupancy of the population is
carpet viewing, blacksmithing, tinsmithing);
Acquaintance with an architecture of the highland ethnographic settlement-reserve called Lagich, visiting a local country studies museum, viewing handicraft workshops and craftsmen stores (manufacture of various copper tableware, embossing and metal engraving,
blacksmithing, production of handmade carpets);
Transfer following a route: Lagich – Ismayilli – Gabala (85 km);
Those who wish may visit and observe a complex of "hipped" mausoleums / XV – XVI centuries / near Bunud and Khazra settlements:
Arrival in Gabala city, located at the foothill of Shakhdag mountain, this city was a capital of Caucasus Albania, formed in III-IV centuries BC;
Accommodation in «Duyma - 4*» hotel, situated in nature's lap, on mountain slopes covered with dense forests, on a height of 1 100 m. above the sea level;
Supper at the hotel or in the city with regional cuisine dishes (a glass of Azerbaijan wine or a bottle of beer per each one);

Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel;
Transfer according to a route: Gabala – Oguz – Bash Kungut / Sheki city (general route is about 75 km). Extensive excursion information and radial journeys en route:
- A small cascade "Yeddi Gozal" waterfall (3 cascades 5-10 m. each) near Ruskan settlement;
- Nour Lake in a beautiful mountain basin called "Goyburundag" near Nourgishlag settlement;
- A restored Albanian Christian and Monophysite temple "Chotari Kilsasi/Jotaari Church" and information about an ancient Albanian-Caucasian nation in Nij settlement (a place of compact resettlement of an ancient Caucasian "Udin" nationality – one of the aboriginal tribes of the
Eastern Caucasus – descendants of antique Caucasus Albanians

Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel;
Transfer following a route: a mountain Bash Kungut settlement – Sheki (about 20 km.). Excursion program in Sheki city and its suburbs:
- Panorama of an old medieval part of the city from an Upland Park;
- Fortress walls and towers of an ancient city fortress;
- Visiting and observing old "caravanserais" – "Ashagi Caravansaray" / XVII c. / and "Yukhari Caravansaray" / XIX c. / OR visiting a local Eastern bazaar;
- Visiting and observing Sheki Khans Palace (local medieval rulers' residence) with unique wall frescos and stained-glass windows called "shebaka";
- Visiting handicraftsmen workshops and stores;
- Acquaintance with an exposition of a local historical-country studies museum (former residence of a local governor of the Royal Russia period) and a museum of folk-applied art and manufacturing, located in a medieval round Albanian Christian temple;
At midday time Lunch at one of the restaurants with regional cuisine dishes;
Continuation of the excursion program:
- Acquaintance with a restored before medieval Christian Albanian Temple/ I – IV centuries / - "Mother of Eastern Churches" in Kish settlement (this temple was visited by a world-wide famous Norwegian traveler and anthropologist Tour Kheyerdal, there is his bust located near the temple);
Tea ceremony "At Ilkhama khanum's house" in Kish settlement;
Departure from Sheki city to Baku following a route: Sheki – Akhsu pass (panorama of Kura-Arax lowland from the southern foothills of the Caucasus in the region of this pass) – Baku (350 km);
A short break for tea at one of the roadside cafes on Akhsu pass;
Arrival in Baku late in the evening;
Supper in «LIDO» restaurant with Azeri national cuisine dishes, tasting fruit vodkas at choice, made of dogberry, mulberry, apricot, peach and apple (55с – 65с);
Tea ceremony after supper (a jam made of various seasonal fruit);
Accommodation at one of the 4* hotels in the downtown.

Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel;
